Normally, I post a picture on Saturday for the Photo Hunt. But, today the theme was “Row” as in, “in a row,” and all I could think about were ducks. I don’t have any pictures of ducks. Or anything else “in a row.” I did have this picture that I wanted to share:

So this is love...

That’s Julia and her kitty, Katie. I just love this picture. I’m not sure exactly why. Maybe it’s because it seems to capture the essence of their relationship - the admiration, the playfulness. Maybe. I just don’t know.

I feel the need to mention that the outfit Julia is wearing was chosen by her.

Oh gawd, I just adore Julia. Those fat little cheeks and her dark curls…love her! And there is absolutely nothing wrong with red sweats and yellow t-shirts. Duh, mom!

What a cute picture!! I love kitties. We got a kitten a few months ago and she’s already out of the kitten stages. I want another kitten but I’m afraid I’ll turn into a crazy cat lady.

I couldn’t come up with anything for “Row” either. Any picture of Julia wins hands down over ducks. This one especially. :) Good for you for letting Julia pick out her own clothes. Looks to me like she’s making great choices. For comparison Sister (who also picks her own outfits) is wearing a bright turquoise skirt with matching socks, a white and cornflower blue shirt that does not match and a purple hairband to complete the ensemble. :)
