Plastic
by Leslie

I’m such a cheater. I didn’t even take this picture. My dear friend Wendy did. (Thanks Wen!) It’s from her daughter Casey’s second birthday party. (You should check out the My Mommy’s Place Photo Of The Month Archives. Casey has a cute picture in there. She’s August 2007.) Anyhoo…I chose this because of all the, you know, plastic around Julia.
It was either that or my lawnmower because, “IT’S GOT A PLASTIC FLYWHEEL!” And if you know what movie that is from and it makes you laugh, we were made to be best friends. If you guess the movie right in the comments, if you’d like, I’ll send you a My Mommy’s Place Cool Kids bumper sticker for free!

Love the bright colors of that photo. It looks so clean and new.
I know that line and I can’t think of what it’s from. Hopefully someone comments with the answer and puts me out of my misery!! It’s going to bug me until I know!
Don’t know the movie, but I love the pic of Julia! Is it Caddyshack??
Oh cute!
Mine’s here
Good choice of photos! Mine is up too. Hope you can visit me
Have a great week!
That is a great photo and has so much color. Great choice for this week. Have a great weekend.
Nice picture
Lots of color! Great picture!
St. Elmo’s Fire!!
Ok, ok I cheated and googled it because that’s how much I want to be best friends with you.
No bumpersticker necessary (you never said we couldn’t cheat) I already have the tee shirt.
Lovely picture of the darling Julia. I’m still trying to figure out how your pictures have such a clean quality to them.
A sweet little girl among all that plastic! Mine’s up–come by.
Great entry — I wondered why that piece of equipment hadn’t shown up in any posts before now. . . it seems to be so popular with little ones now a days. Come and see mine.
Yea, and my “wordless” Wednesdays are anything but. All’s fair in love and the blogosphere
It’s not “St. Elmo’s Fire,” it’s “She’s Having a Baby!” That emergency c-section scene with Kate Bush singing makes me cry everytime I see it.
Tootsie, you got it!
That’s a cute picture. A lovely smile that does not forced (like my daughter’s).
That’s just such an adorable picture and the colors are so vibrant. Lovely shot for this weeks theme
