I totally love sock monkeys! That's awesome. You're very talented. I'd love to buck the monkey with you except 1) I'm totally not talented in that way and 2) it sounds totally pornographic to me because apparently I am a 12 year old boy. ;-)

I was reading a blog about birthing experiences and read your comment. My son's birth was very similar to yours - I was induced and went au naturel for the first 20 hours and then conceded to an epidural and ended up with a c-section. My 10 pound 1 ounce baby just wasn't going to pass naturally it seems. My second son was born via c-section 20 months later and it was a breeze compared to the first time. My body seemed to recover quicker. I'm not sure if it was because I wasn't labouring for 20 hours prior to the surgery or if I just knew what to expect and what my limitations were.
Love your buckeyes - so cute!

I think you should sell your buckeyes on Etsy too! I've seen a couple of stores that sell candy, etc. I also agree, your sock monkeys are way cuter than many I've seen!

I would love to buy sock monkeys for my boys but they all seem to be pink and purple. I don't think that my oldest would think that that was cool. Maybe blue or green would be nice. Just a suggestion.
