Sweet As Honey

Today was picture day at Julia’s dance studio. It will be a few weeks before we get the professional pictures back, but here’s a shot I snapped in the parking lot of my little bee in her recital costume.

This was one of the few moments she wasn’t sticking her butt out and threatening to sting everyone.

Remember that song by Blind Melon “No Rain?” with that kid in the bee costume in the video? Totally thought of that when I saw this uber cute pic. Hope she had a great time.

That’s what I love about your blog. Everything isn’t icky sweet. You show us adorable, then tell us she was trying to sting everybody. I love it!
