Back when I had a business professional wardobe, an office, and business cards with my name on them - you know, a job with a paycheck - I started a happy file. It was filled with things that reminded me why I showed up there each day: thank you notes from clients, accolades from the boss, recognition from the higher ups. I would pull that file out whenever I was having a rough day or just needed a little inspiration.

Today, I still have a happy file, and a printed copy of that comment is now a part of it. It isn’t sitting in a manilla folder in a desk. It’s stuck to my refrigerator with an alphabet magnet.

Aw, that was a great comment. I have a file saved in my email for comments that made me all warm and fuzzy. I like the fridge idea better. And Andrea? I highly recommend supplying the address. The buckeyes? Are gooooood.
