Five? Try eight once you get past 35 years old and are anemic. Soooo tired. Now sick kid today and can’t get a hold of friend to cancel playdate. Let’s add cold sore and period still. I don’t envy you. My body is just not snapping back nowadays.
In college, I could go stay up all night and drink and still go for a day or two without sleep. Now, I’m a zombie without sleep and a glass of wine knocks me out. Getting old sucks.

Oh yeah, I totally hear you. Though now I seem to need at least six. Pushing 40 is hard work.
I used to think it was BS when people would say things change after 30. Then I hit 30 and it was like someone hit a switch. My body is NOT the same.
Yeah, I need 8. Sometimes more.
And you’re younger than me. Imagine what you’ll be like when you’re all old and 32!
