LeslieHi! I’m Leslie. I’m a thirty-something sock monkey-loving, buckeye-making stay-at-home wife to David, mother to Julia and Lucy and air guitar hero. I live in Ohio with the people I love most in the world - my husband, my daughters and my parents.

We have a lot of cats, too.

I created My Mommy’s Place back in 2006 in hopes of providing an AWESOME one-stop resource for moms. (Hey, I dream big.) After two years of attempting to grow a static information-based site alongside a freshly updated personal blog, I discovered that My Mommy’s Place had developed a split personality. And though my site hadn’t grown much during that time, my family had, leaving me with less time. So, I decided to do away with the less interactive (and less rewarding) parts of My Mommy’s Place.

This is what’s left.
